Unusual Beautiful English Solid Sterling Silver Card Case 1909 Antique 112g

Description

A beautiful and unusual Edwardian English antique solid silver business or visiting card case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1909 with the makers marks being that of Deakin & Francis. It has been superbly made being engine turned with gilding inside and clips for holding cards. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the odd faint mark. It measures approx. 3.75 inches (9.5cm) across by over 2.5 inches (6.6cm) tall and weighs 112 grams. A superbly designed piece.
