This is an unusual Pap boat made in London in 1798 by Edward Mayfield. It is in very good condition, very clear hallmarks, it is very small, too big for a toy , it must have been made for a small baby. It is 6cms long and weighs 7 grams.
A fine 18th century pap boat.
