Highest Quality French Puiforcat Solid Silver Buckle C1910 Art Deco

Description

A stunning solid sterling silver belt buckle. It is hallmarked French silver marks including the makers marks of Puiforcat, the French equivalent of Aspreys. I would date it to c1910. It has a been beautifully designed being cast with laurel leaves. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.3cms) across by 2 inches (5cms) wide and weighs a heavy 46 grams. A very high quality rare piece.
