A delightful, solid silver toast rack comprising 4 silver compartments, in the shape of pretty hearts with a neat heart shaped handle on the top. It sits on four sturdy ball feet.
The toast rack bears the clear hallmarks for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1930 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver, along with maker''s marks for the renowned silvermaker: Elkington & Co Ltd.
