A stunning vintage 18 Carat Gold 0.75ct Diamond Half Hoop Ring. The ring is set with 9 sparkly diamonds set in 18ct yellow gold, and is hallmarked for 18ct gold and is marked 0.75 to the shank to denote to diamond carat weight. The ring is a UK size O and weigh 4.4 grams. The ring is in excellent condition.
