The ceramic pottery plaque is beautifully coloured in the most gorgeous mingled blues and greens and is tightly framed in silver with a silver back and good fastening pin. These brooches were part of the Charles Horner jewellery Arts & Crafts movement. Clear hallmarks are visible on the back for Charles Horner, Chester 1918.
A beautiful brooch would make a perfect gift, great for a collector.
