Antique Circular Red Enamel Silver Brooch Marked Ja & S Sterling

1900 - 1920
Description

A very attractive silver and guilloche enamel brooch. The brooch is circular in shape and domed and features the most wonderful red fox coloured enamel, displaying a wavy pattern beneath the enamel. The back of the brooch bears a good fastening pin. Marked on the back 'Sterling Silver' with the maker's mark for: John Aitken & Sons.

 

Condition: In super pre-owned condition.

 

Period: Circa 1910.

 

Measurements: Diameter width: 2cm Depth: 1 cm (inc. fastening pin). Weight: 2.3 grams
