Rare Edwardain English Sterling Silver Bookmark C1910 Antique Novelty 4.5inch

Description

A rare good sized English sterling silver bookmark. It is hallmarked for SILVER and tests as such, for some reason Chrisford and Norris who operated in Birmingham during the late 19th early 20th centuries marked piece in this way. It has been superbly designed and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.6cms) long by over 1 inch (2.7cms) wide and weighs 10 grams. A very pretty example.
