A beautiful rare set of French solid sterling silver fork & spoon. They are hallmarked with the French 950 standard Minerva head mark along with a makers mark of Jacques & Pierre Cardeilhac who operated in Paris 1920 to 1945. They have been superbly designed having ornate handles and are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The fork measure approx. 7.25 inches (18.3cms) long by over 0.75 inch (2.2cms) wide and the spoon 7.25 inches (18.7cms) long by 1.5 inches (4cms) wide and have a combined weight of weighs 114 grams excluding the case. A beautifully made piece.
