A beautiful Dutch export solid silver table trinket box. It is hallmarked with the Dutch Lion and key export mark, the date letter E for 1889 along with Hanau Pseudo marks . It has been beautifully made being embossed with the image of a women and child. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and the hinge is strong. It measures approx. 2 inch (4.8cms) across by 1 inch (2.5cms) tall and weighs 48 grams. A beautiful piece.
