A superb rare pair of English solid sterling silver serving spoons. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1871 with the makers marks being those of Martin Hall and Co. They have been very well made unusually having horse hoof terminals. They are in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, possibly once gilded but all but gone. They measure approx. 6.75 inches (17cms) long by over 2 inches (5.6cms) wide and have a combined weight of 95 grams. A rare very very nice quality set.
