Description

A beautiful Indian solid sterling silver mug or cup. It is marked to the base STERLING SILVER and tests as such. I would date it to c1910. It has been superbly made being embossed and chased with village scenes. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, engraved initials. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.2cms) tall by 3.25 inches (8.5cms) across including the handle by 2.5 inches (6.2cms) excluding by 2 inches (5.1cms) across the base and weighs 116 grams. A beautifully designed high quality unusual piece.
