Beautiful Art Deco Silver & Enamel Hand Mirror Birm' 1937

A truly stunning, art deco silver hand mirror decorated with the most wonderful bright yellow guilloche enamel in a wonderful sunray design, producing a two-tone effect. The glass of the mirror is clear and unmarked and hallmarks are clearly visible on the handle for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1937, Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker's mark: Albert Carter.

A beautiful mirror. Would make a wonderful gift for a Bride, Christening, or coming of age!

 

Condition: The mirror is in great condition, no spots or marks to the glass. The silver bears no impressions to the surface. The enamel is in super condition (there is a minute nibble to the enamel on the top right hand corner - this is barely noticeable to the naked eye and is mentioned for accuracy only - see last image)
