This is a lovely antique sterling silver ‘Dolly’ baby rattle with 2 bells, a ring and a mother of pearl handle.

The whole item measures 6? (14.5 cms) long making it quite a bit larger than the usual.

It's in very good condition with lovely detail (any marks you can see in the photos are just reflections).

It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1915 with the silversmiths mark for William Vale & Sons.

It weighs 34 grams and will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
