A stunning large English solid sterling silver religious wine goblet / chalice. I

t is hallmarked for London 1955 with the maker’s marks being that of Burt Ltd (Leonard William Burt).

It has a beautiful designed being planished.

It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs.

It measures approx. 6 inches (15.5cms) tall by 4 inches (10cms) across the rim by 4.5 inches (11.4cms) across the base and weighs 312 grams.

A beautifully made very high quality piece.

Declaration

The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the 1950s.
