An absolutely delightful, antique 9ct gold heart shaped pendant / charm. This beautiful pendant is a gorgeous rose gold (tests 9ct gold) and is set in the centre with a lovely cabochon oval shaped turquoise gem. A new loop has been added for attachment to a chain.
