A nicely designed silver Christening Mug: beautifully shaped and in a classy plain polished silver, with a distinctive Art Deco appearance. The Mug is very nicely proportioned and has a very pale gilt wash to the interior. Hallmarks are clearly visible on one side near to the handle for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1934, Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker''s mark: Roberts & Dore.

Condition: In lovely condition. Some very light indentations to the base and some light marks to the base of the interior which we mention for accuracy only.
