Fine Set of 4 Victorian Silver King's Pattern Salt Spoons

A very fine set of 4 Victorian nicely proportioned solid silver Salt Spoons in the attractive King's pattern. These spoons are in super condition. Each has a lightly engraved heraldic lion passant to the top of the spoon handle. Clear, crisp hallmarks are visible on the back of each spoon for the Sheffield Assay office with a date mark for 1896, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling and the silver maker's mark for the renowned silversmiths: Walker &Hall.

 

Condition: In super condition - no tarnishing or marks to the silver. An exceptional set!

Measurements: Each spoon length: 11.5 cm Combined weight of spoons: 99.8 grams (good heavy gauge).
