On this occasion we have a large shaped and pierced silver bowl absolutely ideal for fruit or just display, the footed bowl is finely pierced with Phoenix ( Hoo- Ho Birds ) each side of a tree , the footrim pierced with Butterflies aside leafs, the heavy quality bowl has patinated to the deep grey black colour that only appears on high grade Japanese silver , the bowl comes complete with its original Tomobako ( storage box) which also carries the Tankin seal, a fine example of Japanese silver work of the late Meiji  / Taisho period.Condition report :Fabulous condition throughout .Approximate Sizes :Diameter : 11 5/8''  29.5He...
