Georg Jensen Danish sterling silver and white enamel ''Daisy'' earrings.
The Daisy is the Danish national flower, and when the current Queen Margrethe was born in 1940 her mother Queen Ingrid was presented with a special version of the Daisy to commemorate the event. The pattern has since become part of Danish life style.
The earrings for pierced ears are 1.1cm diameter. Very good vintage condition. Please note these are NOT silver gilt, which is the more usual version.
