Description

This gorgeous and sizeable 19th Century Bohemian overlay glass scent bottle is in the sought-after cranberry colour. Of rounded rectangular form, the cranberry glass body beautifully cut to clear glass. The neck mounted with a superb embossed silver hinged lid.
Fitted with the original stopper. The collar charmingly engraved with the name of its owner, a certain Elizabeth Skivving.
Hallmarks:
The silver lid is unmarked, which is quite usual with scent bottles, but tested as silver.
Condition:
Very Good.
Silver lid in good condition.
Glass in good condition.
No chips or cracks.
Strong hinge.
Dimensions:
Height: 10cm / 4 inches.
Width: 4.5cm / 1.5 inches.
Depth: 2.5cm / 1 inch.
