Victorian 15ct Rose Gold Cameo Ring

Description

A pretty antique Victorian 15ct rose gold cameo ring. This sweet ring features a hardstone engraved portrait of a Roman styled lady. The cameo is surrounded by six small peals with a solid gold filled back. The shoulders are openwork scrolls which are very typical of the Victorian period. A superb historic and unique item of antique jeweller which is sure to be real conversation starter. A part of our antique gold ring collection.

CONDITION

Very Good. This antique Victorian 15ct rose gold cameo ring is in an excellent condition aside from having a hairline fracture across the cameo which is noticeable under a 10x loupe and barely noticeable when worn. Otherwise, the metalwork shows hardly any signs of wear and the pearls are in good order and set safely. A nice antique ring in an attractive style.
