A lovely plain and simply designed silver Victorian photograph frame. The back of the frame is wooden with an arm to allow free standing. Clear hallmarks are visible on one side of the frame for the Sheffield Assay Office with a date mark for 1896. Each of the corner holders on the back of the frame bear the Lion Passant, indicating the finest sterling silver.
A fine frame would make a fabulous gift for any occasion.
