Cased Pair Of Fine Silver Napkin Rings Birm' 1953 Coronation Mark

A very handsome pair of solid silver napkin rings in their lovely original blue leatherette case with cream satin & black velvet interior. Each are a stylish long oval shape with engine turned decoration on the top and bottom with a rectangular vacant cartouche so they could be engraved if desired. Hallmarks are visible inside each for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1953 the Queen''s Coronation year so they also have the Coronation Mark and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The silver maker''s mark is also clear for John Rose.
 
 
 
Stunning smart pair , would be great for a Wedding or Christening gift.
 
 
 
Condition: In super vintage condition & the case is also in lovely clean condition.
 
 
 
Hallmarks: John Rose Birmingham 1953 with the Queen''s Coronation mark
 
 
 
Measurements: Each napkin ring 2.5cm wide, 7cm long & 2.3cm interior gap.
