Large French Solid Silver and Mother of Pearl Desk Wax Seal C1900 Antique

Description

A beautiful Edwardian solid silver and mother of pearl wax seal. It is marked with the French boars head mark and a makers mark. I would date it to c1900-1910. It has been beautifully designed having a mother of pearl handle. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. over 3.5 inches (9cms) long by 1.5 inches (3.8cms) wide and weighs 86 grams. A beautifully made piece.
