This lovely pair of ormolu French Empire sticks, circa 1918, are in the form of winged cherubs or putti, they are holding aloft a garland. They would have had a torch or quiver but these are missing. One has a repair to the foot. The gilding would probably have been brighter, they may have been over cleaned at some point in their lives. However they are still extremely attractive and are good countryhouse items.
