Danish sterling silver ring by Kurt Nielsen. 1960s.
The lineage of the Nielsen business dates back to 1942. The company later expanded and became an international conglomerate, receiving the King Frederik IX honorary award for meritorious effort in export. Kurt Nielsen trained at Georg Jensen in the 1950s before becoming the artistic director at KNDK.
This impressive ring is 3cm x 2cm at the front. Weight 18g. Ring size J 1/2 - 49.
