Medieval Byzantine Bronze Cross Ring

Description

A superb Medieval period Byzantine bronze ring. A wonderful piece of history, approximately 600 years old. The trumpet bezel is raised above the ring shank and has a cross within a hexafoil design which represents purity. The ring is heavy and thick with a simple engraving all around the the shank.
