Superior Cased Silver Napkin Rings Mappin & Webb London 1926

A very handsome pair of heavy gauge, solid silver Napkin Rings in their lovely original brown leatherette case, with cream satin and blue velvet interior case. These napkin rings feel lovely and solid when held in the hand. The are a stylish , simple design plain polished silver with protruding bands around the top and bottom. Hallmarks are visible on each for the London Assay office with a date mark for 1926 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The silver maker's mark is also clear for the renowned silversmiths: Mappin & Webb.

 

A very superior pair, great for new baby or a Christening gift!

 

Condition: In lovely condition, no marks or dents to the silver. The original case is also in lovely clean condition.
