Description

This bookcase is a lovely mellow oak colour, made circa 1900 it was originally on a ship probably a motor or steam yacht. Stamped into the top of the door and also hand written in pencil on the back is captains day room- boat deck so this bookcase has had quite a life, it has high quality brass fittings and is very well made with 6 adjustable shelves in the top and 1 shelf in the base
