A gorgeous antique 18 carat gold solitaire diamond ring. An excellent 0.45 carat diamond, of a good colour with plenty of lustre is set within a platinum gallery. The 18 carat gold shank is in excellent order with neat geometric shoulders typical of the 1920s. A part of our antique engagement ring collection.
