Exquisite Edwardian brooch. The design features two bee like insects, each set with the most wonderful cabouchon moonstones, which have an almost luminous surface and lovely ghostly coloured blue hue, on a bar setting. The metal is a silver colour (there are no hallmarks visible). There is a good pin fastening on the back with a ''C'' clasp.

The brooch comes in the original blue Jeweller''s box, marked inside for ''Thurlow Champness, 16 Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds''
Condition: Brooch in lovely antique condition (see images). Box in very good condition (it has some surface scratches to the exterior commensurate with age).
