It has a moulded cornice above an inlaid frieze with decorative moulding, has three astragal glazed doors with moulded edges and key with working lock and each interior has three adjustable shelves. This wonderful antique bookcase is of very large proportions, it stands on shaped bracket feet and the Mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
