Art Deco Silver Sauce Boat Birmingham 1939

A very attractive solid silver sauce boat in a very distinctive art deco style. The sauce boat stands on three geometric feet and has a stylish geometric handle. Clear hallmarks are visible on the base for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1939 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker''s marks for renowned silversmith William Neale & Son are also clearly visible.
 
 
 
This is a stylish sauce boat and feels good to hold in the hand. It is sturdy and practical.
 
 
 
Condition: In great antique collector''s condition.
