Description

A most attractive and nice solid, silver Cigarette Box by the renowned maker's Mappin & Webb. The Box is decorated with a neat and stylish engine turned pattern. On one side are the clear hallmarks for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1959 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and clear maker's marks for Mappin & Webb.

The hinged lid opens and reveals a nice clean wooden interior. The underneath of the box has a lovely brown leatherette finish.

A super box in lovely condition (there is a tiny ding on the surface lid which we mention for accuracy only).
