A Superb Quality Regency Bow Front Secretaire Bookcase

Description

Made from Cuban mahogany and of superb quality, this bookcase has a pediment top above bow shaped astragal glazed doors. The bow base part has a fully fitted secretaire interior and the cupboard doors open to reveal an interior that is again fully fitted including a pull out cellaret drawer. All the handles are original and it is a very good colour. Attributed to the workshop of Gillow. English, circa 1815
