An Edwardian, neat plain polished silver single Sovereign Holder Case with a loop for attachment. Spring loaded button for opening, the Case works perfectly and is in lovely antique condition. It is slightly larger than the average size (3.7 cm diameter approx). Hallmarks are visible on the inside of the lid for the Chester Assay office with a date mark for 1902 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker''s marks are visible for William Neale.
A lovely case, feels nice to hold in the hand.
