Made from Cuban mahogany and stamped GILLOWS LANCASTER, this whatnot is of an unusual design and would have most likely been made for a library or study. With its central dividers its ideal for the storage of books. It is original through out, a good colour and of the quality one would expect to find with a stamped Gillow piece of the Regency period. English, circa 1810
