Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
On the back of the bowl clear hallmarks are visible for the Glasgow Assay Office with a date mark for 1930 and maker's marks for W H Collins & Co.

Wonderful collector's spoon, especially as this item is Glasgow silver!
Condition: This spoon is in great antique condition, however, there are some scratches to the inside of the spoon bowl - (see final image for verification).
