A lovely pair of late 19th century French Belle Epoque Empire style patinated and gilt bronze candelabra. A finely cast model of Nike, the winged goddess of victory in Greek mythology, stands on spheres holding aloft a classically inspired fountain to create a three arm candelabra. Decorated with Empire inspired designs and sitting on a patinated stepped base with four superb feet embellished with stylised acanthus leaves. Super quality.
