1830 and has a raised back with three fixed shelves with scrolled and turned supports. It has a beautifully figured moulded top above two glazed doors with key and the interior has one adjustable shelf. This fine antique bookcase stands on small turned bun feet and has aged to a rich Rosewood shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
