A gorgeous set of Edwardian silver handled dessert cutlery. The set comprises six silver handled knives and six silver handled forks in the original jewellers case. The style of each handle is so typically Edwardian - very elegant (see images). Each of the pieces are hallmarked to the handles for the Sheffield Assay Office with a date mark for 1902 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. There is a maker''s mark visible ''JS&S''.
An exceptional set in lovely antique condition. The case is also in very good and clean condition.
