A very attractive and heavy gauge silver Napkin Ring in a lovely unusual oblong shape. The napkin is decorated beautifully with patterned bands around the centre, and empty cartouch, and has two beautifully engraved protruding borders around the top and bottom edge. Inside are the very clear hallmarks for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1962 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The maker''s marks are also very clearly visible for Crisford & Norris Ltd.
