Description

Victorian C1870 and later tall bookcase.

Solid and strong, with no loose joints. A lovely quality piece. No woodworm.

Would look great in the right location! Solid hardwood with softwood shelves (hardwood facings) and back.

Overall maximum dimensions: 96.5cm wide, 23cm deep, 193cm high. Shelves 82.5cm wide, 17.5cm deep. Space above shelves; bottom 30cm, first 27cm, second 25cm, third 24cm, fourth 23cm, fifth 21.5cm and sixth 19cm.

Some holes on the leading edges of the shelves where decoration has been pinned in the past. The cornice has been altered, there is a 2" square hole low down on the back (bottom shelf, so not really visible and we could fill if required) and there is a small chip on the bottom of the right hand side (see pics).
