A superb pair of beautiful silver serving spoons in their original presentation case.
The spoons are so beautifully designed in an Iconic Edwardian style. The slightly oval bowls are slotted and the spoon terminals match the bowls. The back of each spoon is very clearly hallmarked for the Sheffield Assay Office with a date mark for 1912 and maker''s marks for J Round, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver.
The original presentation case is in lovely condition. The royal blue velvet pad and satin on the interior of the box are in immaculate condition.
A sublime pair of spoons - the craftmanship of the maker is evident! Would make a lovely gift for weddings etc.
