Large Antique Victorian Carved Oak Library Bookcase C1860 Wdb600/3.12

This is a lovely large victorian carved gothic oak victorian bookcase and dating from aorund 1860. It has a polished top with carved edge and deep frieze above four glazed doors all with original working keys and with carved lion masks and acorn foliate to the top with carved foliate supports to the base. Behind each door there is an internal divide and there are three adjustable shelves with carved edging and with original leather frieze attached (some damage & wear to the leather). It is moulded to the bottom and stands on a plinth base.

It is in one piece.

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination to the oak

Measures: 61" high X 14.5" deep X 10.3/4" X 107" (8ft)
