Regency or early Victorian C1820-50 and later adjustable bookcase.

This is a lovely quality item, that is full of age, charm and character. A very decorative piece with amazing ray cut satin walnut and ebonised finishes. The lion's paw feet may be later. Gun barrel pilasters.

Solid with no loose joints.

Overall maximum dimensions: 104cm wide, 29cm deep, 116cm high. Adjustable shelves 76cm wide, 22.5cm deep.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Some historical alterations. Some historical extinct woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure.
