An adorable, Edwardian, solid silver Child''s nursery rhyme spoon and pusher set. A lovely design and charming handle, very suitable for feeding a baby or small child and featuring a scene from the nursery rhyme'' Hey Diddle Diddle''. The handles are also beautifully decorated (see images). On the back of both are clearly visible hallmarks for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1906 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The silvermaker''s mark is also clear for the renowned silversmiths: Levi & Salaman.
Wonderful collector''s item - superb gift for a Christening or new Baby!
Condition: Both Spoon and Pusher are in great antique collector''s condition.
Hallmarks and maker''s marks: Birmingham 1906 by Levi & Salaman.
