Antique Victorian Arts & Crafts Solid Oak Bookcase C1890 Wdb150/25.11

This is a superb antiques arts & crafts solid oak bookcase and dating from aorund 1890. Constructed from quality solid oak it has a narrow top shelf with shaped back rail above a further two wider shelves with two drawers both of which are oak lined with original copper handles and working key. Below this there are two deep shelves and two panelled doors with original copper handles and it has shaped sides with brass studs and leading to stylised shaped foot.

In very good condition and of quality oak with a lovely colour and original patination and oozing the charm and character of the arts & crafts period.

It measures:

65" high X depth top shelves 6" X depth lower shelves 9" X 42" wide
