Small French Oak Adjustable Bookcase

1900 - 1920
Description

Useful little French oak bookcase with fully adjustable shelves, circa 1920 and in good condition.

Two adjustable shelves and the base surface, giving you three shelves and the top of the bookcase for display too.

This bookcase has some floral carvings to the centre and panelled sides.

Measuring:

39 1/2'' or 100cm high

30 3/4'' or 78cm wide

9 1/2'' or 24cm deep

Internal dimensions:

7 1/2'' or 19cm deep shelves

19'' or 66cm wide shelves

Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
